We accept cash, cheque, and credit cards.
Scheduling and Repairs
No. We work during regular business hours, Monday to Saturday. You can book online any time, and we'll call to confirm your appointment during business hours.
We'll call you back within one business day to schedule a time that works for you. Book online or call (905) 409 3917.
First check that the thermostat is set to heat and has working batteries, the furnace breaker is on, and the filter isn't clogged. If it still won't run, call us at (905) 409 3917. If you smell gas, leave the house right away and call your gas utility's emergency line from outside.
Call us at (905) 409 3917 and we'll book a visit to diagnose and fix your system. In the meantime, keep your doors and windows closed to minimize heat gain.
Repair or Replace
Repair fixes specific components that aren't working properly, while replacement installs a completely new system. If your system is over 15 years old or requires frequent repairs, replacement may be more cost effective long term.
Most furnaces and air conditioners last 15 to 20 years. Lifespan depends on usage, installation quality, and how well the system is looked after. Our team can assess your system and tell you honestly if replacement makes sense.
Common signs are a furnace over 15 years old, repairs that keep coming back, rising gas bills, and rooms that never feel warm. See the signs your furnace needs attention, or book a visit and we'll walk you through both options.
Heat Pumps
Yes. We replace, install, and repair heat pumps for homes and businesses and help you choose the right system for your needs. See residential heat pumps and commercial heat pumps.
Yes. Cold climate heat pumps are designed to keep heating in very cold temperatures. Many homes pair a heat pump with a furnace or electric backup for the coldest days. We'll recommend the right setup for your home.
Home Tips
Check it every month and replace it every 1 to 3 months, or more often if you have pets, allergies, or renovation dust. A clogged filter makes your system work harder and can cause breakdowns.
Change the filter every 1 to 3 months, keep vents and return grilles clear, and keep the area around your furnace and outdoor unit free of clutter. If you notice strange noises, short cycling, or rising bills, call us before a small problem becomes a breakdown.
Warranty
We stand behind every job we do. Our installations come with a 10 yr parts, 2 yr labour warranty, and we're here for follow up questions and warranty claims.
